At In Balance Rehab Meg offers one to one Physiotherapy treatment and group classes for Parkinson’s Disease. One to one therapy can either take place in the clinic or the clients home with treatment tailored to specific goals from the client.
Our classes are different in that they are designed by a Registered Physiotherapist. Classes are run by Megan Cliff who is a Registered Physiotherapist in BC, Bobath Trained and has undergone training with Neurofit BC’s Exercise as Treatment for Parkinson’s. Our group classes are motivating, create a social connection, and provide the challenge required for neuroplastic change in the brain. Classes target balance, coordination, strength, cognition and cardiovascular health. They will be also be sure to put a smile on your face.
